Sea: Rough. Wind: Force 10. Temperature: 22. Quite a rough night, but I slept fairly well. I didn't get to bed until 12.30 so should have slept better. The outside decks were closed, so no mile walk today. The winds were gusting to Force 12. The sick bags have appeared around the ship for the first time, since early January. We will arrive in Brisbane about two hours late because of the conditions.

The dinner menus repeat every sector and although it's only sector 3, they are starting to look familiar, which surprises me.

The weather improved considerably, in the late afternoon/evening. It was very sunny when we were eating dinner.
