Day one of Sector Two.
Didn't put the light out until 1am, but I still got up at 7 as I was going on a wine tasting tour. Breakfast in the Orangery, which was a nightmare, because of the Norovirus precautions. I'll eat in the Medina until things are back to normal.
Barbara and I made our way to the Sheraton to wait for our tour. We travelled over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sonoma, where we started our wine tasting. We began at 10.15!! We visited two wineries before continuing on to Sonoma Town (City?), for lunch. After lunch we travelled to the Napa Valley for our final tasting. This was at Domaine Chandon one of four in the world, all owned by Moët Chandon. All the wines during the tour were sparkling. On our way back we stopped at a lookout for a terrific view of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco.
Back on board, I moved to my new restaurant, where I'm sharing a table with Barbara, Yvonne and Phil, Rob and Linda and Derek and Meg.
We set sail for our trans Pacific voyage to Honolulu.
