Hello My Lovlies, Well I've done loads since Saigon. We left Saigon which I was fairly happy about as it was SO busy, it did eventuallystop raining but it was still really muggy. Cambodia was next on my agenda and to be honest I have never seen a city with such a disturbed history!! Phnom Penh hardly has a generation of 50 and above because the Khmer Rouge killed the majority of them, it's awful, Children, Women, Men anyone who wore glasses, anyone with any intelligence got brutally murdered, it's made me really sad as you can't imagine the suffering these people experienced, the starvation, the fear they must have felt before being bludgeoned to death, or tortured to death. We went to S-21 the prision camp and that was horrible, thousands of victims pictures were up and people who survived have drawn pictures to describe the torture, the majority of these people were also COMPLETELY INNOCENT!!! Pol Pot was apparently cleansing Cambodia of the Western ideas and trying to have a clean race - he was worse then Hilter. The next day we went to the Killing fields which is horrific, there are so many people burried there you walk on them, I didn't realise until I saw a skull coming out of the ground so I ask my tour guide why hasn't it been dug up and he explained there are just too many, you see bones and clothes sticking out of the groung that you are walking on - I felt so disrespectful. The worse thing about it is there are people who were killing these people still walking the streets, evil solders who escaped into the jungle, who are now living in Phnom Peng and have got away with it - they might feel guilty but in my opnion they should be shot! Anyway sorry for the rant, it just really got to me. After Phnom Peng we travelled to Siam Reep which is alot nicer and cleaner, we spent only a couple of days there we saw Ankor Wat (be- jesus there are loads of them) then it was off to Bangkok where we spent last night and I travelled to Pattaya today. I've split up with the Irish girls now I'm just here at the moment with Scottish David, French Da-vid is joining us tonight, were watching the Arsenal Chelsea match tomorrow then Scottish David is going so I'll be left with David (french). Pattaya is awful, it's so full of sleezy old English/European men after young Thai girls - Yuk. The best thing is we've hired Mopeds and yes I am now driving my own one as the Scot wouldn't take my life into his hands by letting me ride on the back. I am glad though because it's SO much fun I kept over taking him today and saying WHOOOSSSSHHH, then singing Britney Spears (your Toxic) hehehe - it's been good. I forgot to say in my last email that the Scot crashed into a girl on a pedal bike in Ho An it was the funnist thing because he is about 6ft 5 and he didn't realise he had a foot break so he tried to stop with his feet and crashed into her, thankfully no one was hurt and nothing damaged. Just Da-Vid and I laughing our heads off on the side of the road. I'm going to stay here for a couple of days then to Bali, I tried to Change my ticket so I could fly out from Bangkok but it's not happening at the moment. Anyway - I'll email you guys soon. I hope all your Christmas Parties are coming together. I was dancing in Seim Reep to Christmas songs like IT'S CHRISTMAS and then saying but it doesn't feel like it, not without my friends.
