Hey everyone. I have a busy preparation ahead of me. I have tons of stuff I need to read before I even board the plane. Here is a list of what is required of me:

Russian Literature:

1. "The Song of Igor's Campaign"
2. Pushkin's "Eugen Onegin"
3. Lermontov's "A Hero of Our Time"
4. Gogol's "A Diary of a Madman"
5. Dostoevsky's "Crime and Punishment"
6. Tolstoy's "Anna Karenina"
7. Chekhov's "Uncle Vanija"
8. Zamiatin's "We"
9. Bulgakov's "Master and Margarita"

St. Petersburg and the History of the Romanovs Dynasty:

• Do a brief overview of the Romanov's since the class has no text is his based heavily on lecture

Russian Culture Class:

1. Write a pre-departure essay
2. Complete a presentation on Russian Literature, Architecture, and Housing
3. Finish several pages and assignments in the "Study Abroad" text

I am also trying fervently to pack, get money, and get everything prepared before departure. So I am very busy. I just wish I was getting paid for being so busy .
