Well the weather didn't disappoint. There was a typhoon overnight apparently which dumped a lot of rain on Shanghai and it's set to continue today. Our first stop today is the Silk Museum. It's an interesting walk through the process from the silkworm to the fibre becoming fabric or filling for a doona. After a bit of confusion we finally arrived at our lovely hotel in Shanghai at 2.30am. Our Wendy Wu tour guide, bless her is waiting for us in the lobby. Our final dinner last night was as always very entertaining and a lot of fun. We have been so fortunate with company we have had and our waiters were exceptional. Dom, our waiter is 40, he is married with 4 children and has been working on cruise ships for 20 years.
