We had one last dinner with John & Cheryl at a local tavern called the Cloverleaf in Caldwell, NJ and then had them drop us at the Newark airport for our overnight flight to Swizterland.

7-1/2 hours later we are here!!!! We were met at the airport by a Viking cruise ship representative who assisted us with our luggage and guided us to our transportation to the hotel Palace Lucerne. 8 other couples were on the bus, all having arrived like us that afternoon in Zurich from all over the USA.

P.S. SwissAir makes United Airlines look like a bunch of amateurs (they didn't need a lot of help in that department). SwissAir personnel all professional, courteous, and thoughtful, just the opposite of United. Plus Swiss highways are clean and not cluttered in litter!
