In Sao Paolo I got 'adopted' by my friend's Eliz family, the Lees.

By a fantabulous coincidence, Eliz who lives in Phoenix, and Li, Carol and Jonathan, who iive in London, were all in Sao Paolo at the same time as I was. So it was great to be able to spend time with them and be shown around by real paulistas.

I have spent most of the 4 days driving around the city, eating in great restaurant, people watching and shopping shopping shopping. The stores in Sao Paolo are absolutely amazing. As a friend said, the malls there are on steroids!
