Bonjour! We are back in France, spending the next to nights in nice Nice! Today was another drive day, and quite a drive at that! We were amazed by the white blanket covering Lucerne and most of Switzerland as we left their breathtaking country. We entered Italy for a few hours where we were met with sunshine. Another wonderful winter's day in Europe. My highlight would have to be our long Swiss lunch of a cheese fondue entree, creamy pork and pasta main and chocolate fondue dessert! YUM! I love this place! Mum, I think a Swiss night at our place is next on the agenda! We also went to the transport museum. Dad, you would have loved it! Guten tag! Switzerland is bordered by 4 countries and the Swiss speak German, French, Italian and English! It is times like this I'm glad we have a tour guide! We arrived in Switzerland this evening. We had a quick stop at the Louvre today before boarding the bus to our next stop. We didn't pay the 10€ (about $12) to enter as we only had an hour - not long enough considering if you looked at every artwork for 1 minute and didn't sleep, it would take you 9 months to see them all! We did take some cool photos from inside the foyer though and tried French McDonalds there too! We are so cultured!
