After seeing the Egyptian exhibit we were half dead. We stopped for lunch at some random place ( food was ok). I had some Tea, William had macaroons at a very cool tea shop. . The tea rejuvenated me enough to walk to the taxi stand!
I loved the exhibit but I can't help thinking how incredibly cheeky it is to enter someone's home take their things and make a profit for 'your' trouble.
Don't get me wrong I LOVE museums, but I always feel a little conflicted....
Since Cairo is way down on my list I am grateful that the exhibit is here.

ashley Did you check out the moat from the original louvre fort?? That's my favorite thing there. The Egyptian exhibit is cool too. I've never really thought about that aspect of museums. There's a lot of ethical considerations to ponder. Yet without museums, a lot of people wouldn't get to see and learn so much. Interesting. Have you gone to any other museums à Paris?
