Just to place the pin, but gotta say Toronto continues to be the worst port to transfer through. We arrive from Bogota at 6:15 a.m.. Air Canada flight is very nice. Modern equipment with coach seat power and USB ports plus private screen TV and movies. We shuttle in to the pre-screen custom area and await bags. An hour later, our bags are just coming out along with 10 other flights and up to 1000 passengers all who now need to pass customs to US. So while we arrive first, we wait until all of Canada empties into the queue and now its 2 hours from arrival to clearing Customs. Think they could figure this out ? Its the same when I travel there on business and the US Customs officer tells me people miss their flights always. We are peppered with questions having arrived from Colombia but other than the spot search we had in Bogota airport of KT's bag, nothing further. We transfer to the AC Jazz flight and head to Chicago. I'll be turning around within 3 hours to fly on business to California, so have to keep my cool. But for the record....Toronto transfers stink .
