Hello everyone!

Just returned from some cage diving with the great white sharks of South Africa. Very exciting stuff-not quite as exhilarating as the bungee but well worth a go. Got some good snaps and vids of some of the sharks we encountered. Best part was one shark (weighing in at over 2 tons and 3-4ms long) smashing into our cage whilst wrestling with our skipper for bait. Def given me a taste for diving (watch out Mr Jeffries!).

In a town called Hermanus which reminds me of a really sunny Lee-On-Solent-lots of old people(sorry Nan!), ice cream and seagulls. Famous for whale watching and fishing;sore 2 whales on the way back from Shark Diving which was a result. Although i am told that New Zealand is the place to go for the real deal (thanks Jann).

Off back 2 Cape Town tonight for our last few days in SA before flying 2 Singapore on friday. Managed 2 get some day passes for Virgin Active (massive gym in Cape Town) so we're gonna be doin some flexin some time this week. Also hoping to climb Table Mountain, swim at Cape Point with the penguins and experience a Brai (SA BBQ).
