Hulllllllllooooo everyonnnneee!
Well we have continued to have quite a few drunken days since our last blog...:) Currently it is sadly living up to the monsoon reputation...but we will be outside on the beach later making up for it!
We spent the day after full moon purley reccovering....hammock dayyyy! We went to look around Haad Rin beach (the beach where full moon was)- what a mess! Decided to give swimming in that sea a bit of a miss and went for a luush walk all the way home and on they way found our own little private BEAUTIFUL beach!
The next day, with expectations of taking the 2 hour boat journey to Kho Tao, we were up early and left our little beach hut only to wait around the port for 5 hours to be told to come back the next day...at 6 am!!! The sea was soooo choppy, the boat before us didnt make it! (they didnt die they just had to stop at another island!:)) We made some wicked friends who all came back to our cheapo resort and we were all up early to make the terrfying 2 hour choppy boat journey! Matt slept through the entire thing, whilst I was being comforted some spanish people as I lay on the floor outside trying to be sick...THANKS MATTHEW!
After the horrible boat journey we arrived at Koh Tao!!WOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Bit cloudy but we found ourselves in LUSHHH accomodation!! A SWIMMING POOOOOOL!! Just on the beach too! Spent the afternoon exploring and beaching it. I felt it was time to experence some real Thai culture...LADY BOY TIMMMMMME! Took Matt to go and see a cabert show! OMG it was brilliant! (Will defo post some pictures of his face during it!)
Today the bad weather continued...to the extreme but it didnt stop Matthew and I...we got in the pool in the rain and had looots of fun with the other crazzzy people in the pool too :)
Taking the over night boat and bus to Bangkok tomorrow, finished the beaches now :( Just heard really bad whether tomorrow..Brillo...Bet Matt sleeps through another rough boat journey!:(
