After staying at Dave's for the night we flew with Singapore airlines to Singapore in the morning. We got there around one in the afternoon local time and caught a taxi to our hotel. Dave had kindly put us up in The Concorde Hotel. We checked in in the rather posh lobby and went up to our room to have a quick freshen up, the rooms were very nice with the comfiest bed we had had in a long time and we got two cushions each!! (a novelty in Asia we had realised)....

It was only a short boat ride to Samui  and we had booked into a nice air con room with a tv or so we thought. When we got there they had double booked the room and we had to be moved to another hotel down the road. The guy from our hotel took us there in his pickup and told us to get reception to ring him and he would send someone to pick is up the next day so we could check in to our actual hotel. The first room they put us in was damp with dirty bed sheets so...

Having gone out the night before our boat to koh pha-nagan, we weren't feeling the best and sea was a little rougher than it had been before so we were both feeling the motion of the ocean!! After wobbling off the boat we got a taxi which took us to the Blue Parrot where we were staying. It was a really nice place right on the beach where we had a concrete bungalow with a bed, en-suite and a fan. The only down side was it was sooo hot inside, the walls absorb...

We left Bangkok on the night train at 5pm and after 25hrs of trains, buses and boats we eventually got to Koh Tao island. When I actually looked at a map I realized that we could of got a ferry to Koh Tao from Champon which would of cut the journey in half but it's not like we haven't got the time.
