Hi all!

we've just arrived in Potosi, Bolivia, the "highest city in the world" at 4800mt above sea level - and its definately quite an effort to breath up here let alone take a mountain bike tour to some very high vantage points which we're plannin to do this afternoon :)

have spent the last few days on a 4x4 tour round Bolivia with three of our friends and 2 not so friendly germans, to the salt flats, volcanoes, geysers, lagoons and the most amazin hot springs ever - from where we watched the sun rise over a lake inhabited by flamingoes. was quite a sight! will try and get our photos on as soon as we can!

we're taking a tour of the mines here in potosi tomorrow which should be interesting...then we're off to Sucre, the capital of Bolivia, where we've organised to volunteer in a childrens home for a couple of weeks - both really looking forward to helpin out there and givin lots of cuddles to the ninos!

after all this, our travels in Bolivia will be over and we'll be hopping across to Argentina, the Lake District there and hopefully Patagonia if we have enough time! :) its true -time really does fly when you're havin so much fun!
