We actually only came here as a stop off to Kalimatan. But as soon as we arrived I really liked it. The street life, the people are friendly but not as pushy as the balinese. Apart from the Batik sales guys ( Batik mafia we are told)

So been here three days and done the temple thing Borobadour is really amazing went at 5 to see it in all its glory. My pics seem to be blurry am trying to fix that. Mendut with big relaxed Buddah. Then Parambadan which was dammaged in an earthquake hence the rubble.

We have been checking out the street vendors there are hundreds. Sate, spicy stuff? things in batter and the biggest crumpet pilled with butter and chocolate sprinkles?!

So what else here we intend to find some drinking places tonight we are told its pretty good here. Tomorrow its shopping , shopping and a bit more. Gonna be sending a huge box home its even cheaper here!!
