Bolivia, Bolivia,Bolivia.......... It is one crazy place. You have to get your passport stamped three times between Peru and Bolivia. When we arrived at the border town we were told there was a road block and protest so no buses could get through. Our wicked tour guide got us on a little bus going a different way .We did pass a road block a pole laying over the road which the driver moved.

There was a drunken party at the port into La Paz.???

La Paz is one of those places you can get anything from a urinal to some coca leaves not to mention the wiches market with animal phoetas etc....

Next stop Unyi a really cool train ride through wet lands, past rocks and flamingos. We take a tour through the salt flats. I honestly cant put into words this amazing place. The land meets the sky. It feels like you are floating just out of this world! starts to get a little worrying when its dark and we are storm the drivers seem lost looking for mountains behind the mist.

The landscape is breath taking from green to grey to red I imagine the moon looks like this.The weather is just as mad sun beats down and we watch thunder and rain get nearer. Geysers blowing 30ft up and bubbling sulphur below. cool!! Downside I am ill again! cold, headache, sick. Stuck in a very uncomfatable 4x4 for hours bouncing around and some of the worst toilets in the world!!

So in Potosi now going to silver mine tmrw and get to blow up Bolivia! This has to be the wierdest place so far. touch wood I am feeling loads better!
