Unfortunately not off the crutches and not good enough to make the trip to Mt Spec. (BIG TIME b*****!!!!) glad to see you are still moving along nicely. The MATSTA mobile will be making the trip though as dad and Frank are borrowing it due to it being a "Real 4x4" hehe. Loving your pics and really wish I was up there. The Viking looks fantastic and love that country!!

Gday Gramp and Grandma,

Happy New Year. Have checked out that app, it is fantastic, good tip!! Hope you're both travelling well. I am certainly sad about Sal (and Mum and Frank) departing but that is the way things go. I'm putting the head down and pulling the GPS and maps out for the next section. Word has it I'll be scub bashing my way to the next food drop, with water being scarce!!
