Love it. We took a flight up to Espiritu Santo divers mecca for the south pacific. This is typical tropical paradise country with white sands, turquiose water and probally the best coral I have ever seen. Think of South Pacific the book/film and this is where it was inspired from (and Survivor is filmed here). We are now killing time before leaving Africa. The thin trail from Nairobi has taken us past a beautiful scenery, lonely settlements and dramatic features. There was another backpackers - Amphitheatre which was nearest to the Amphitheatre of the mountains - strangely enough. This place is in stark contrast to the other lodge at Sani Pass. Here there is a sauna, jacuzzi and climbing cave in the bar, and more importantly interesting people to talk to.
