We were going to arrange to go up the volcano but Liz was still feeling a bit dicky. The sun was out and all the volcanos visible. The day was spent learning Spanish on the terrace (blog picture is the view from the terrace).
We decided to go and have a look around the towns sights. Nice to see some people in traditional dress (reminds me a bit of Bolivia). The houses are all painted and there are some grand churches, fountains and squares, it is a nice place to spend time.
It looks like we might be able to stay in budget here also.
The evening was again spent on the terrace, having a few drinks and laughs with a new set of travellers and the locals.
