Universal Studios Hollywood was high on Liz's must sees due to Wisteria Lane and the Desperate Housewifes set. She was desperately recording everything about here before the happy slappy tour moved on.
These tours have moved on from the Jaws attraction. We all know that Jaws comes out of the water and tries to share everyone. These days it looks dated but it was fun seeing it. They now have a 3D King Kong attack to add to the list (of course it has to be the biggest 3D screen in the world blar blar).
Universal tours tries to stare the poo out of you - and it pretty much worked with Liz. After seeing the Americans enthusiastically clapping, and shouting to text prompts in a queue I have come to the conclusion that its excited Americans that scare the poo out of me.
Universal Studios is best enjoyed if you remove all but one of your brain cells and then try to occupy the remaining brain cell looking for photo opps. I did this and had a good time, but there was some very close calls as I tried to survive the captive audience preambles to the core attraction.
So a befiting end to America before we fly out to central America? Perhaps, however I fancy the change - time to move on.
