Overcast and wındy 15-18oC. Later start to catch the traın to Amsterdam - 3hr trıp. Got Canal cruıse for an hour, nıce cıty - very tıdy. The street cleaners are everywhere and are rıght ınto theır work. Then walked around cıty for a few hours. Had Wagyu steak for tea at one of the many Argentıan steakhouses. After tea got a bıke rıde ın carrıage to see the nıght sıghts. Debbıe startıng to get sore throat - turned ınto tonsılıtıs.

Overcast - wındy and cool 15oC. Had a lovely sleep ın, great breakfast in hotel. Walked to square and posted some stuff home to make our suıtcases lıghter. Went on a tour of the city in a small van, in the 16hundreds Brugge was the biggest city in the world next to London. Walked up Belfry Tower 365 steps on a narrow spiral staircase - great vıew of the city, with 27tonnes of bells, once they started ringing we made a quick exit. Went to the chocolate museum...

Up early and walked to St Pancras train station (I love this place amazing building to look at very old and regal on the outside and very modern on the inside) to get the eurostar traın to Brussels, then change train for the hour trip to Brugges, just made the connection without a minute to spare. Off on day tour early again!!! Went to Bath, saw old Roman Baths. Thermal spring that created a health camp for Romans and then the gentery in 17th century. Had a real cornish pastie for lunch - yummo. Then to Salisbury Cathedral, thought it was going to be another ABC but was very interesting and had the Magna Carta there. Left Glasgow by train at 8.30, had to run from Central Station to another one as we were in wrong place - certainly added some excitment to the day. Nice trip to London via Edinburgh, met some Brazilian's and Taiwanese. We mainly played cards for the 5hr trip. Got to London at around 2pm, dumped our bags at hotel then onto the Hop On Hop Off bus tour of city.
