We arrived on Phi Phi and swiftly put our plan into action of finding accommodation, step 1...steal a map as nobody would let you have one as they like to find you rooms for a nice commission! We found a nice place, then marched up to a few of the viewpoints (look at the pics). There were also pictures up there of the beaches 6days after the Tsunami, totally flat!

A massive thunderstorm erupted but did not stand between us and our buckets of thai rum! we met some friends and drank until 4.

As you may or may not know Phi Phi is the location of the film 'The Beach' which promted us to check it out via an island boat tour. We did some snorklling at Shark Point and Bamboo Island and managed to see some Nemo's (Clown Fish). Then off to Monkey Beach to see these vicious little buggars. Then ended up on Maya beach (The Beach beach) for the sunset. Check out Laura's good pics.

Other than that we layed on the beach and dodged the thunderstorms every night......yes every night, only a minor inconvenience though.
