We hit the blue mountains - got on a train and got off in Katoomba - Bloody hell its cold again !we found a lodge hostel and took a mooch to the next local village lleura. This area is sooo quaint, old fashioned and pretty.. like yesteryear!
Straight to the old fashioned sweet shop - or so they say out here 'lolly' however the arguement is still in place that a 'lolly' has a stick!! what do you reckon??!
Back at the hostel we accidentially met up with 'Cat and Dan' - Cat, a work colleague of mine at poole hospital. A very bizarre evening!! great tho gassin over a bottle of frog!
The next morning i took theopportunity to write a quick letter to the gang at work for cat to hand deliver on her return to work!! hope you guys are back safe and sound soon!! DCC enjoy the mid treat from oz!! hope you are all well x Lyndsey hows the "W" plans dude?? nearing the 12 week AAGGGH plan as i thought some days - you know the ones so much to do so much to do!!

Anyway we then do a few mamoth walks to take in the mountain , the three sisters and surrounding areas. The air here is really fresh and clean so we maid sure we exchanged all the city lungs to the mountain o2 to rejuvenate ourselves!! we made the most of the B&B guest house and stayed in for the rest of the day !!! we even had wine and chocolates and a picnic in our room .. i meanwhat more could you want.
