There is nothing like having a 7:10 pm flight out of DFW airport on a Monday evening. Because of rush hour traffic, and because there is uncertainty how long TSA lines will be at the airport, we left our house at 3 in the afternoon. There was no rush hour traffic, TSA lines were non-existent, as such even after walking as slow as Robyn as loitering in a book store we were in the Admiral's Club by 4:30 drinking. Our two-plus day's adventure is coming to an end. Today we flew back home to Dallas. Not much happened other than a great cab ride and me having to carry three loaves of sour dough bread on to the plane. But first we started with breakfast and ended up at the Hollywood Café; when we like something it is hard to get us to change. The plan for today was we were each on our own until 2 in the afternoon. I was heading downtown to the Moscone Center to participate in the Oracle World Session on using TCG reports in the GRC module to lessen risk across multiple platforms. Our day began with our flight from Dallas to San Francisco. It was a mid-morning flight which gave Robyn time to get up and ready without being rushed. Our plane was a one-year-old Airbus A321, which are very nice and generally comfortable planes. I put us in the exit row near the front of the cabin so we would have extra leg-room. What I didn't realize was that American had put in exit row seats that were just a little bit smaller than the seats on an MD-80. Eve...

Time to travel back to Dallas. We decided to have room service and ordered it the night before asking it be delivered at 8 am. Promptly at 8 am there was a knock at he door and room service was there with a hot breakfast. This is a great hotel. It is, of course, expensive, but well worth the price.
