Currently I sit on my bed in my dorm in Cairns, looking out over a pool. Yep, this is a hostel with style, and you need that pool here too. Alice Springs and Uluru were warm, but this was different to the temperatures in Cairns. Uluru makes me feel special, in the couple of days that we are here now. Like I wrote before, we arrived tuesday, by plane and car. I'm feeling rich, so rich. Our hotel is part of the Ayers Rock resort, and oh those beds are so nice! just a short update today to let you know we made it to the red hot heart of Australia. It took a flight of 2.5 hours and a drive of 5.5 hours but Tess and me made it to our Desert Gardens hotel, not far from Uluru.
