Back in BA, it was pretty much the same story as it had been for the past few days!!!That first night though, we were all too tired to go out and just ended up hanging out in the hostel bar, before having a relatively early night. Thursday was the boy's last night, so after Jonny's Jewish Treat, the rest of us decided we were long overdue an Indian meal, and headed out for a last supper full of all the usual Indian fare! This was much to Anand's delight, and his face was somewhat reminiscent of Jonny's face in the Kosher restaurant, earlier in the week! After dinner, we went for one last night out, to a club that can only be described as "interesting".We entered to find a mix of drag queens, more Harlem Globe Trotters, and some awesome breakdancers. The breakdancers were first up on the stage, and were so good they simply blew us all away, but things began to get a little weird after their act finished. They were joined on stage by the drag queens and a television crew, and they all proceeded to dance away together. We're not sure where else in the world you would EVER find such a mix of people, but it was a good night out nonetheless, and definitely one that none of us will ever forget!!On the boy's last day, we went for a long walk along the harbour side, past all the expensive restaurants that us poor backpackers couldn't afford, until we reached a small café for a final farewell drink. When the time came for the boys to leave, we were all sad, having had such a fantastic time together, despite some of us having never met before. We waved the boys off in a cab, and it would be fair to say that after that we were on a bit of a downer. We chilled out in the hostel that night, but it just wasn't the same without the boys, and we decided that it might be time to move on soon. We passed the next day in the markets of Palermo, before going out to dinner with Danny (one of the hostel staff) and his husband Hugo. Figuring that we should take advantage of the variety of cuisine on offer in BA before we left, we opted for a Japanese restaurant, complete with all you can eat sushi!!Marisha was in her element, and literally stuffed herself until she couldn't take another bite!Afterwards, we headed to a small bar where we met some of Danny and Hugo's friends, but exhausted from our week of partying, and feeling a little run down and ill, we went home to pack and had an early night. On our final day, we walked all the way along the harbour until we reached the bus station. Halfway there, we realised that we didn't know where we were going!! We had planned to go down south to Bariloche, in the Argentine Lake District, but it was too cold to trek and too early for the ski season, and therefore seemed like a pointless 20 hour bus jouney. We didn't really decide where we were going until we reached the station itself, and after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, we decided to head to Santiago in Chile, where we hoped we to catch up with some friends, and take a much needed break from the madness of the past week!! When the time came, we waved goodbye to the hostel staff and the many friends we had made during our long stint in BA, and caught our bus on to Santiago?
