I think it is that sudden abrupt stop that has a tendency to be problematic. That's why you get a helmet with a spike on it; that way you can score extra points- like a dart!

Good to meet you. Sorry to learn you're off tomorrow and I won't see you at the week end. However God bless and keep you on the road - his road and our roads! Mind the old Irish blessing - 'May the road rise up to meet you!' Not sure what it means but don't like the sound of it - for a motorbike rider!

And remember to drive on the left!!! Otherwise it could get a bit messy...

You know what they call guys on motorcycles? extra points!!!!!!!!
Be careful and keep your eyes open all the time, cars don't look out for motorcycles and so you really have to be very wary of all the cars around you. "Situational Awareness"" at all times and make sure your helmet has one of those little spike things on top so you will look cool!!

Wow! I wish I was there with you. Northern Ireland is beautiful and when I go back home I always like to do the kind of touring you have been doing. It's something I miss and M+D take advantage of it by going away in the caravan to all parts of NI many week-ends. Scotland is similar in some ways and very different in others. Can't wait to have you over here. Jonathan
