We have just arrived in the Cameron Highlands after a pretty bumpy and jerky ride from KL!!!

They don't call it the Highlands for nothing you seem to just keep winding up and up and up till you can't go anymore. It is 6000ft above sea level and only a small place.

We are staying at the Twin Pines Lodge in town and splashed out a bit at 4quid each!!!

The journey up was pretty hairy and we got thrown around quite a bit we even saw a dog sat with a monkey at the roadside!!!

As usual we have not hung around and have sorted ourselves a tea plantation tour for tomorrow complete with scones yum, yum!!!

We are going to spend the rest of the evening looking around the town as we are only here for 2 nights. The guy in the hostel tried to sell us a 6 hour jungle trek but we politely declined and settled on our more leisurely option!!!

Best thing so far about here no humidity and no bloody mossies!!!
