We left early again this morning after I had been to the store on my trusty bike. Our first stop was Shuswap Lake for a photo op. The next stop was really good it was where the east and west railroads met up in the late 1800's and the last spike was put in place to join over 3000 miles of track.

For our lunch we stopped off at Williamson Lake where we had a picnic and some of the group had a go at Kayaking on the Lake me included. It was a good experience that lasted 2 hours which meant that Mel could sit by the lakeside with her book without me wittering on this kept her happy!!!!!

She was also chief photographer for everyone on the lake. Then the journey to Banff which was long but along the way we saw Black Bears and Caribou. But again we have had 11 hours on the bus today. But the highlight of the day has to be Tim Horton timbits(Vicky knows what we mean!!!!)

Its 11pm and we are going to bed as we have lost 1 hour and we have an 8am start again.
