The main tourist road in bankok is call Koh San road. Altho on being a few hundred meters long, the amount that has been packed int such a small place is amasing. Firstly there s the market which lasts from around 9am(im guessing as we were never actually up at this time untill the early hours. Then there are the clubs, bars and reastaurants of which there are tonnes, there's also the odd guest house thrown in just for good measure and to take up any avalable space left there were the tuk tuk drivers always willing to make money any way possible. The result is that we managed to spend a week pretty much just on that road, with only a few trips out!

The first day we were just in awe of the place, we ate some pad thai(which turned out to be our stapple diet for the week as it was soo cheep) and that night we decided to take it easy and only have 1 beer each, altho it was a beer tower each, about the same as having 6 pints. And so that night we just had some fun around the road going to the various clubs. The next day we bumped into tania again, as well as meeting a randomer called mish, who we both met up with that night. This time i decided to go for a wonder through the city, as you do and had to get a taxi back as i didnt have a clue where i was. The guy's found me at around 1am talking to a guy with dreadlocks at one of the many bars.

Other things that we did in bankok were:, we went for a tour of the city in a tuk tuk, which only cost us 40bhatt. Also we bought 2 suits each, and i got my credit card back!!!
