Well the b******s got me! To look at Budapest we chose to start at the huge covered market. That was great but between there and catching the subway some b****** got my wallet . A couple of hundred in cash and a few cards All have been stopped and insurance should cover most costs but angry with myself for letting it happen

Despite this we continued on and did a 3 hour bike tour which gave us an insight into their history and quite a few land marks. The city is actually two cities Buda and Pest that were joined in the 1890's. The picture is the Parliament House viewed from the Buda side of the Danube.

Yesterdays travel to Budapest was by a comfortable private van/coach and was going well until about 25 kms out of Budapest it threw a fan belt. About an hour was lost until a replacement came and collected us
