I never really watched Dallas the TV show but Karen did so off to Southfork Ranch we go. It is only about a 20 minute drive out of Dallas. On the freeway out I saw one of the best examples of US overpasses I have seen to date, roads and flyovers going in all directions. The photos attached do not do it justice. We weren't going to pick up our hire car until the day before we left but Dallas/Fort Worth is very spread out so we thought it is easier to use the car to get around and thank god we did.
