We are staying at the Talbot Hotel on Wexfords waterfront. It is a handy location for town. A fairly quiet day. 12 hour flight to London Heathrow, overnight at Sofitel Heathrow them off to Ireland in the morning. It felt like Cathay Pacific set their cabin temperature higher than QANTAS. After the bus day yesterday we decided to wander from the hotel up to the central district around Hollywood Rd. Karen wanted to see the Man Mo Temple on Hollywood Rd. Had a really good nights sleep so got up ready to play tourist. I have generally found when in a new place to get your bearings, have a quick guided tour and to see where you want to explore more, book the red bus (big bus ) tours. There are three routes in HK, Hong Kong City, Kowloon and Repulse Bay/Stanley. We did the HK City first. It is mostly pointing out the big shopping and entertainment areas.
