Huanchanco is a sleepy little fishing village, and like all good fishing villages it serves the best seafood and its so cheap, huge plates of assorted seafood for under 5 pounds-delicious, yummy!!! But other than eat seafood and lazy by the pool, yer pool, the hotel we are staying at has a great little pool which is ideal to lazy around sipping cocktails-heaven!!! So we all spent the three days here doing very little except relaxing. Its a hard life..... ...

We are now in Peru, and it is nothing like I expected, dont really know what I was expecting but as we crossed the border into Peru and the further along the coast we travel the more barren the landscape becomes. It is so different from Ecuador, which hosted a varying landscape from rolling hills, to flat farm lands to craggy mountains, Peru seems more like Egypt as the coast is barren and sandy, with large sand dunes with little or not life at all.
