05:45 - Arrived in Paris. Interesting drive to the hotel thru morning traffic. Bit surprised at how dirty the place is, at least they are trying to clean up all the magnificent buildings. Started off on the des Champs Élysées for coffee and pastry, followed by a city tour on the bus. Took in a quick look at the Eiffel tower(queues went on forever), Grand Palais, Notre-Dame, Palais-Royal, arc De Triomphe to name just a few.
