Blog o'clock! After Inca trail time, a day of R&R was in order, unfortunately after such rigorous exercise (something I still believe to be very bad for you!) I was left with a fairly impressive albeit involuntary John Wayne impression, walking like I had shat myself due to all the aches! I also acquired more injuries from going toe to toe with Neil, I like to think I was crowd surfing but in reality I dived from the bar onto an unsuspecting and frankly quit...

Well as you may have surmised I survived 'death road' although there has been hundreds of fatalities on it in the past, you would have to be pretty special to cycle off the edge (less cars use it now), if you do however there is a cheeky 500m sheer drop to contend with and I would say barriers were in place for about 4% of it. It was cool cycling through a cloud and coming out the other side into some awesome valleys and scenery, it was also all down hill as well...
