Sundsvall, ur well basically we had no sleep on the train and were shattered so went straight past! Im sure its really nice but could not tell you ourselves

We arrived in stockholm shatterd and tierd having booked the hostel about an hour before (City Backpackers)

We dragged ourselves up the hill in the centre of stockholm and arrived at the Hostel. We were greeted by a guy called Axel who gave us free coffee and was a marvelous chap. He told us about a swedish sunday dinner we could get involved in that evening so signed up!

Having rested up and sorted out stuff on the internet we headed to dinner! Swedish meatballs were on the menu and we made them with about ten other people who were staying at the Hostel, had a great time and met some lovely people.

Whilst making dinner Axel who worked at the hostel told us about swedens largest jazz band, they were playing five minutes away down the road, he was heading their during dinner so we said we would meet him their later.

Half an hour later we were sitting in a thatre listening to an amazing jazz band! After the music had finished we headed to a bar across the road with axel and some other people who worked at the hostel and had a goodnight drinking and singing! A freind of Axel called tibius ended up coming back to the hostel and played swedish music into the early hours of the moring!

Any one gong to stockholm stay at city backpackers it is a great hostel!

The next day we walked around stockholm sight seeing and had an early night.

Next stop Mariehamn and the Aland islands (between Sweden and Finalnd)
