So weve been in Tioman since the 11th as we got a bit restless in Melaka as we had seen it all! Some popel we met recommended this island so here we are! Its beautiful! as the picture shows! We are staying in a hut on the beach is very very basic but itll do! it costs 8 pounds a night for the two fo us so its cheap! we were gona change but we bough ourselves our own masks and snorkels (that we can use for diving as well) and now we have to stay as they cost us a bit! lol we went snorkelling yesterday for about 2 hours and saw sooo many fish - angel fish, parrot fish elephant fish and 3 blue spotted rays was beautiful! But last night we both realised that we are burnt! the only white part of us now are our bums!! lol Today as the sun isnt out we decided to trek to a part of the island called Monkey bay - it is a trek through the jungle that they recommend you take a guide with but they have sign posts so we figured wed do it ourselves - we walked for 3 hours until we came to a beach that we had to climb a tree across to get to then waved down a boat to get back! lol and to top it off Luke did it all with honey (that hed stolen from our breakfast) leaking out of his pocket so we were being followed by LOADS of flies! lol

We are going to Kuala Lumpar on the 18th so only 4 more days left here :( its a beautiful island but very laid back - restaurants are only open certain times so if ur hungry ur stuffed! weve had ants all over our food that we brought with us and seen some huge and im talking 4 meter monitor lizards - there are monkeys everywhere as well as cats - weve nick named this place cat island! lol its been nice to be so peaceful - there is limited internet so its nice to be cut off from you all hahaha!
