Up and packed bright and early, we went to the station. We got on the double decker train to Ashfield to meet Kathy, who I had met in Prague, for her to drive us up to the Blue Mountains. She took us up to Katoomba, which took over an hour, which allowed us time to catch up. We went straight to the cable car by the 3 Sisters which took us down into the rainforest and after a walk back up on the steepest train ride back up the cliff. We were hanging on for dear life - I was so unprepared for how steep it was. We got the other glass bottomed cable car across the gorge and walked to the 3 Sisters viewpoint.
I had my first taste of barramundi at lunch and was very happy and full for the drive back to the city.
Alas, another night bus loomed - but our last one. To Melbourne!
