Goodbye Koh Tao
I got up feeling a bit unwell. My ear (the one I had problems equalising while diving the previous day) felt strange, as if it was clogged. I had a late breakfast and booked my ferry ticket for the 30th.
I bumped into a Dutch girl called Marit, who me and the fins had become friends with. She was heading to the North of the island to meet some friends and I decided to go along. We spent a bit of time up there on the rocks by the sea. I tried a bit of snorkeling, but my throat was dry and the sea was pretty rough. We headed back to the village and grabbed some lunch by the beach. When Marit's friends went back to their accommodation, the two of us wandered along the beach and watched the beautiful sun-set.
I spent the next day chilling out and saying goodbye to Marit and the Finnish lads, who I become good friends with. I was glad of a rest after the diving. The mornign of the 30th I checked out and went to meet my pick-up to the ferry.
