Well it seems such a long time since anyone posted a message - I wonder if anyone other than family is still reading this. It is certainly worth it and keeps us well-informed and entertained.

Hello Oh wandering one. Sounds like you're having a whale of a time. The only excitement here is from watching the leaves drop off the trees, so you aren't missing much. Rach now has the free time part of her Aussie trip planned - fly up to Cairns & then potter down the Barrier reef coast by bus, for a couple of weeks. We'll just batten down the hatches & turn up the central heating.

just heard that loads of strikes are going on or something similarly ridiculous and thought of you worrying the other day about airport staff striking! Hope everything went okay with the start of the adventure and that it continues to be amazing and run smoothly! :) No doubt you've already forgotten where home is, you're having so much fun!
