Hey everyone thought it was about time i gave you a little update. have been to so many places since the last time i wrote on here.
so from krabi i took a bus up to the koa sak national park where i stayed in the jungle for 3 days. oh my gosh!!!! i have never seen so many bugs and creepy crawlies in my life! i went here with caroline adn emma both who i met in phi phi and we stayed in this shack in the jungle. was crayzeee!! the bathroom had no roof so when it rained you showered in the rain! and trust me when it rains it poured! you cant even go to the toilet without getting drenched in the rain!! ha ha. nothing like sittin on the loo and having rain falling on your head. its an experience i think you should all try.
we stayed at a place called green mountain view and it cost like 2 pounds a night!! lol. tiny little place run by a lovely thai family so we really got to live like the locals. they did everything for you took u to where you wanted to go in the back of a pick up truck at any time of the day. cooked you food and gave you fruit at any time of the day. the son even did some magic tricks with us!! it was a complete detox from cities and beaches and actually a really nice change despite all the strange nopises the jungle has.
anyway while we were here we went elephant riding and that was really fun i got to sit on his head!!! lol. we fed monkeys bananas that was sooo cool caus ei love monkeys soooo much! then we fed the elephants that was fun too. we also went tubing down the river in big inflatable tubes down the rapids. i loved this too, cause some bits were fast and others were really slow and tranquil. all in all the jungle was an experience i couldnt have missed. it was an amazing place!!

from there we went to bangkok where i got sucked into the shopping!! everything is sooo cheap and considering i dont really like cities as far as this one goes i quite liked it although arriving there at 4am in the morning after a 12 hr bus journey trying to find a hostel with my heavy back pack on my back was not so fun. i was ready to leave after 2 nights (well 1 and a half!) and was beginning to miss my beaches again.
so from here we said goodbye to caroline and me and emma braved it alone to go to an island in north thailand called ko chang. i had not planned to go here but after hearing so many good things about it i decided it really was unmissable and worth the next 10 hr trip on a bus and then ferry to get there.

we stayed on white sand beach for the first 3 nights in a beautiful shack on the beach - yes the sea was only 3 steps from my front door. literally could hear the sea all night long and i t was like having a beach hut. amazing. we just chilled here for 3 days did very little except sunbath and go for lots of runs along the beach. was a really relaxing time. i didnt wear clothes or shoes for nearly the whole of this stay was just in my bikini the whole time. by the end of 3 days tho me and emma were ready for some bars. we were missing phi phi night life. bearing in mind we hadnt drank since we left there. we moved onto another beach on ko chang known as backpackers paradise - lonely beach. the beach here wasnt as nice as the lst one but th place was filled with backpackers. loads of chil out bars on the beach and then a 5 minute walk was loads of bars and each one had a differnent party night with free booze and bbq. so we poisened our systemns and only stayed 2 nights but sonsumed enough alcohol betwene us for us not to want it for at least a week!! lol.
the place we stayed here was another shack if u can even call it that. it was crazeeee. on stilts with death steps to get up to it. and guess what was tied up underneath it - a bull!! lol so avoiding that on nights back to the shack were hilarious! there were ants in the bed and a 2 foot gap between the bedroon and the bathroom which u could fall down into the bull pit!! lol. im laughing now but i think u will see why we drank so much while we were there. didnt wanna sleep in that bed so we tried to stay out all night and then sleep in the day on the beach!!
now have just arrived back into a real bedroom hostel! finally am wearing shoes again and feel slightly cleaner already. am in bangkok again. i say good bye to emma tomorro and brave it again on my own. Im off to ko tao tomorro and then down to ko phanmgnan for the full moon party next week. fun times ahead.
hope everything is good back home. thinkin about u all and missin you all. i promise i will try to get more photos on here asap. it takes sooooo long. its my mission over the next few days tho.
