Well... After stepping off of the plane, I saw my SanFran flight still at the gate. Had 7 minutes to get 5 gates away. No problem! Ran up the stairs and down the concourse. Once at the gate desk, i was informed that they had given away my seat to some grateful individual. Not so happy, but made a quick decision to be polite and cheery. So I sit waiting for another flight to SFO to catch up with my group. Here's to hoping standby turns into sitting-in!
