Aloha - we arrived in Hawaii this morning, after a very early start and goodbye to LA. Yesterday we did the big tour of LA and it was really cool- stars' homes, Hollywood etc - I lived it all, andeven thekids were pretty much entertained for the full 5 hours. We then had dinner at Mel'a Drive-In (ad in American Graffiti and owned by Al Pacino and Robert De Niro)- a great way to say farewell to the mainland.
Today it was raining whenwe arrived in Honululu, so after a quick look around and tour of Teddy Bear World ( a museum and tribute to Teddy bears everywhere - even had an Elvis show!!) the sun came out and we hit the beach for a few hours ...lots of fun. Had a fantastic lunch on the beachfront and a cool dinner at Jimmy Buffet' grill... Off to the Arizona tomorrow. Right now watching Hawaii Five O on telly (ironic, hey) ..,Trying to spot places we saw today!! Loving it!!! Lou xx
