The ultimate stop over and that it was, so this was amazing. It was big on my bucket list as Tenko was something I watched religiously with my mum when I was little so Raffles Hotel a must!

We checked in to another great hotel and location. We head off to explore as always finding shopping centre full of locals so that were we eat.

It is hot even the outdoor spaces have air con!

We see the temples, famous boat shaped hotel, travel on the futuristic transport stystem and head towards Sentosa Island.

We spend a day on the island lovely beaches although the view not great lots of ships and finish with another LUGE run. so only Canada to do now!

Next day we head to Raffles, yes passing the temples we arrive and treat ourselves to not just 1 but 2 original singapore slings in the Raffles bar. What history, monkey nuts and 35 euros a pop. A tear in eye.

What to do day before heading home back to Sentosa and the we see a sign water park. We look at each other but we haven't got kids, we both say "shall we" nodding and laughing we make our way to the water park.

What a day if the Barrier reef was the best day ever under water, Byron Bay the best time on top, this was definetlky the best day in water. Great slides and even a rollercoaster. Mental.

The last thing to mention is the totally international culture in this place we had the best kebab, chinese. What food but at a price. Our last pennies sent wisely and off we go.....home
