Mission Beach A 2 hour bus journey south, not bad buses, USB to charge and wifi!! Cairns Flew into Sydney with a connecting flight to Cairns to begin our epic journey down the East coast. We had to have an overnight stay before the connecting flight so as to not spoil anything about Sydney, as we were to end our travels here, we stayed in a room in an apartment close to the airport... Day 28 Was planning on a lie-in but the sun heating up the van woke me (louise) up. I made coffee and we prepared for a day at the International Antarctic Centre. After a shower and tidy up... Day 27 A free night overlooking the coast in Timaru was greeted by another lovely sunny day and the 200Km drive to our final destination in NZ, Christchurch.
