Well here I am back on Ecuadorian time and also back in Quito!!!

Today went to visit the Mitad del Mundo, the centre of the earth, otherwise known as the Euator line went to see both the real one and the fake one with the museum. Spent the after noon doing lots of fun experiments like balancing eggs on nails walking along the Equator with my eyes closed and arms outstretched to prove that the forces of the magnetic poles DO have an impact on your balance and seeing the old water down a plug hole experiment as well as many more. what a brilliant day!

At the site of the real Equator (the one measured by GPS) there is also a museum showing the different houses different tribes live in and also a nature garden where humminbirds flock.

There are also loads of ourist shops so of course i made time to stock up on tourist tat and handbags!! fabby!
