Always said I would never come here due to 'the evil man'but here I am!

Set off yesterday morning from bangkok at 7.30arrived 11pm! Cambodian taxi drivers are officially doolally!!! i seriously though i was a gonna TWICE!!

Met some brrilliant people on the journey though!

One girl off to teach fashion, yes fahion in cambodia, one girl who lived just outside Chiang mai for the last 2 years on an elephant sanctuary and a crazy spanish woman! (soem weird psychi!) and loads of really nice americans! who'd have thought it!

Now in Phenom phen overlooking the lake it's 10.30 am and absolutely boiling - off to get Vietnamese visa!!!

23/11/08 OK never managed the visa, so i am off to the beaches here tomorrow, there is an embassy there so i will try and get a visa there

I thought I would hate cambodia but it's great! it's just what I expected Thailand to be like when I first went there (Thailand is incedibly developed now!) everyone here is a bloody hippy yes me included!

At the mo i am staying in the backpacker area of Phenom Phen which is just like Pai in thailand! (maybe something to do with the Happy cigaretes which are 20p each!) it's the sort of place you can loose yourself for months! in fact many poeple have, 2 of the bars are run by brits one from Huddesfield!! Anyway, i keep missing the night time herre, i'll go to a bar and all of a sudden it's 8am and the sun's up! meeting lots of brillaint poeple - mainy european and lots of people who work here. was at a sport bar last night (Asia's best apparently!) and met even MORE people - should be traveling around Laos with a girl from NZ which is VERY cool!

Cambodia is probaby what Thai;and was like 20 years ago, though the people here are sooo NICE AND FRIENDLY! had lots of great chats with them :-) they all "welcome"you to Cambodia which is VERY col! AND THEY WORSHIP THEIR KIDS :-)

Shot a REAL AK47 today!!! in a shooting range, if could have been bothered could have shot an oozie! well you have to do it once in your life eh?
