Hi all, Sorry we haven't been on the site for a while, we haven't really had much time recently, or it seems that way anyway! Fraser Island was quite nice. The island itself is beautiful, apart from the flys, spiders, snakes, dingos, jellyfish and sharks... its just a shame we got lumbered with a really bad group of people to spend that 3 days travelling with. We didn't really have much in common with any of them, so it was quite difficult at times. We still enjoyed the Island though and made the most of it. Noosa was the next stop down, still with the guys. Really good fun here and went to Steve "crocodile hunter" Irwin's zoo, which was a brilliant day. Saw lots, got lots of photos... no sign of Steve though!! We were then in Brisbane for a couple of days too, which, like Melbourne, is just another city! Very nice and clean, lovely to be back in civilisation for a while and the southbanks are really pretty ( a man made beach/pool in the city centre by the river). We are now in surfers paradise for a few days chilling, so we will try to get the photos up on the site as soon as we can. We have finally booked accomodation for Xmas and New Year, so we are sorted there. Hopefully there won't be a tree, turkey or bauble in sight! Anyway, speak to you soon Luv H & J xxx
