We began our journey on the 30th March from Heathrow Airport. Our flight was at 2205 from Terminal 4. We arrived with our parents (and Hannah) at the airport at about 6pm. Over coffee we deliberated whether to blag an upgrade to First Class, following our 'recent marriage'...although the check-in guy was too quick and we couldn't even ask. Damn! After finishing off our drinks we said our goodbyes; there were a few tears, but we were all still excited.

We went through departures and Al had to go through the 'frisking' section because he looked dodgy. He came out with a smile on his face, so he must have had the finger?! Although he won't admit it.

After chilling out and having a bite to eat it was time to board the plane. We introduced ourselves to our neighbour, Rory the racing car (Al watches too much kids TV).

12 hours later we arrived at Singapore Airport. We were quite disorientated as we gained 7 hours and just as we were waking up the sun was setting. We were only here for an hour before we set off for Melbourne.

Arriving at Melbourne we were shatttered. Lorna checked her emails and found out that we had no Airport transfers which was all we needed. We managed to jump on the Dandenong bus to our Hostel in South Yarra. Yes! We made it.
